Ingredients
For the Pudding Mixture
- 350 g cold milk
- 397 g sweetened condensed milk (1 can)
- 102 g instant vanilla pudding mix (1 package)
For the Whipped Cream
- 470 g whipping cream
Other Ingredients
- 26 Biscoff cookies
- 4 large ripe bananas
Instructions
- Prepare the Pudding Mixture: In a medium bowl, whisk together the cold milk, sweetened condensed milk, and instant vanilla pudding mix until the pudding mix has fully dissolved. Place this mixture in the refrigerator to set while preparing the whipped cream.
- Whip the Cream: Using a large mixing bowl and an electric hand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment, whip the cold whipping cream until it forms firm peaks, being careful not to overbeat.
- Combine Pudding and Whipped Cream: Gently fold the chilled pudding mixture into the whipped cream with a spatula, mixing until completely combined and smooth without any streaks.
- Layer the Pudding: Spread half of the combined pudding mixture evenly into a 9x13-inch dish using a spatula to create the first layer.
- Add Banana and Biscoff Cookie Layers: Slice the bananas into 1/4-inch thick coins. Arrange about three-quarters of the banana slices over the pudding layer. Then, crumble approximately 18 Biscoff cookies and sprinkle them evenly over the bananas.
- Second Pudding Layer: Spoon and spread the remaining pudding mixture evenly over the banana and cookie layer.
- Top with Remaining Bananas and Cookies: Garnish with the rest of the banana slices and crumbled Biscoff cookies. For best freshness, add the last banana slices just before serving if chilling for multiple days to prevent browning.
- Chill Before Serving: Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate the pudding for at least 2 hours or overnight to allow the flavors to meld and the pudding to fully set. Serve chilled by scooping from the dish or dividing into individual servings.
