Ingredients
Juices
- 4 cups cranberry juice
- 2 cups orange juice
- 1 cup pineapple juice
Fresh Fruits
- 1 cup chopped fruit (blend of pomegranate, orange, strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, kiwi, dragonfruit, and lime)
Other
- 1 cup ice (optional, or freeze some punch into ice cubes to avoid dilution)
Instructions
- Combine Juices and Ice: In a large bowl or pitcher, add the ice if you're using it, then pour in the cranberry juice, orange juice, and pineapple juice. If you plan to add any sparkling ingredients, hold off until just before serving to maintain carbonation.
- Add Fresh Fruits: Wash and chop your fruits of choice, then add them to the punch mixture in the bowl.
- Mix and Adjust: Stir everything together gently. Taste the punch and adjust any of the juice quantities or fruit amounts to suit your flavor preferences.
- Chill and Serve: For best flavor, prepare the juice portion a few hours or overnight ahead to allow the flavors to meld. Serve chilled, adding sparkling ingredients just before pouring if desired.
- Storage Tips: You can freeze some of the prepared fruit punch into ice cubes for up to 4 months to avoid diluting the drink and to add subtle flavor to water. Use freshly squeezed juices within 1-2 days for optimal freshness; carton juices may last a bit longer. Consume the fresh fruit pieces within a few hours to prevent them from becoming soggy.
Notes
- Using ice cubes made from fruit punch prevents dilution of the flavor.
- Prepare the punch juices ahead of time to let flavors meld for better taste.
- Add sparkling ingredients right before serving to keep carbonation.
- Consume fresh chopped fruits within a few hours to avoid sogginess.
- Store leftover punch in the fridge and consume within 1-2 days if using fresh juices.
