Ingredients
Main Ingredients
- 8 ounces package of cream cheese, room temperature
- 1¼ cups creamy peanut butter
- 3.4 ounces package of instant white chocolate pudding mix
- 1¼ cups cold whole milk
- 8 ounces container whipped topping, thawed
Mix-ins
- 14 fun-size peanut butter cups, quartered (10 for the filling, 4 for garnish)
- 1 cup halved Reese’s minis, unwrapped (for the filling)
- 1½ cups mini semi-sweet chocolate chips (1 cup for the filling, ½ cup for garnish)
For Serving
- Nutter butters, chocolate sandwich cookies, or chocolate striped cookies for dipping
- ½ cup whole Reese’s minis, unwrapped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Beat cream cheese and peanut butter: Using a stand mixer or a large mixing bowl with a handheld mixer on medium-high speed, beat the cream cheese and creamy peanut butter together for 1 to 1½ minutes until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Add pudding mix and milk: Sprinkle the instant white chocolate pudding mix over the peanut butter mixture. Reduce the mixer speed to medium-low and slowly drizzle in the cold whole milk while mixing, continuing until the pudding mix is fully incorporated and the mixture is smooth.
- Fold in whipped topping: Gently fold the thawed whipped topping into the peanut butter pudding mixture to maintain a light and fluffy texture.
- Incorporate mix-ins: Carefully fold in 10 quartered peanut butter cups, 1 cup of halved Reese’s minis, and 1 cup of mini semi-sweet chocolate chips evenly throughout the dip to ensure delightful bursts of flavor in every bite.
- Garnish and chill: Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Garnish the top with the remaining 4 quartered peanut butter cups, ½ cup whole Reese’s minis, and ½ cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to meld and the dip to firm up before serving.
- Serve: Serve chilled with an assortment of dippers such as Nutter butters, chocolate sandwich cookies, or chocolate striped cookies for a fun and decadent dessert experience.
Notes
- Servings: Yields 12 half-cup servings or 6 full cup servings depending on portion size.
- Storage: Store any leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 7 days to maintain freshness.
- Tip: Adding chopped chocolate sandwich cookies will alter the dip’s color but adds additional texture and flavor.
- Tip: Use instant pudding mix only—do not use pudding that requires cooking.
- Tip: Make sure to chill the dip for at least 2 hours before serving so the flavors combine perfectly.
