  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

Meat and Cheese

  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 1/2 pounds Thinly Shaved Ribeye Steak Meat
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Vegetables

  • 6 ounces Sliced Mushrooms
  • 1/2 Red Bell Pepper (sliced)
  • 1/2 Green Bell Pepper (sliced)
  • 1/2 Onion (sliced)

Seasonings

  • Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil and cook steak: Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to a skillet over medium-high heat. Saute the thinly shaved ribeye steak meat until it is cooked through, about 4-6 minutes.
  2. Season steak: Drain any excess fat from the skillet. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to taste. Continue to saute for another 30 seconds over medium heat to meld flavors.
  3. Add cream cheese: Mix in the softened cream cheese with the steak until well combined and creamy. Remove the meat mixture from the skillet and set aside.
  4. Cook vegetables: Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the skillet over medium heat. Saute the sliced onions, red and green bell peppers, and mushrooms until they are softened and slightly caramelized, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Assemble bowls: Place one quarter of the steak mixture into each serving bowl. Top each with one quarter of the sautéed vegetable mixture and sprinkle with 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.
  6. Serve: Repeat assembly until all four protein bowls are prepared. Serve immediately to enjoy the warm, cheesy, and flavorful keto meal.

Notes

  • You can substitute ribeye steak with sirloin or flank steak if preferred.
  • Use full-fat cream cheese for best creamy texture and flavor.
  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of smoked paprika or chili flakes when sautéing vegetables.
  • This recipe is suitable for a ketogenic and low-carb diet.
  • Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
