A refreshing and vibrant mango lemonade made with fresh mango pulp, lemon juice, and naturally sweetened with maple syrup. Perfect for a quick, cooling drink on a warm day, this recipe combines tropical flavors with the tartness of lemon for a balanced and delicious beverage.

  • Total Time: 20 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

For Mango Lemonade

  • 1 cup mango pulp
  • ½ cup maple syrup (or sugar syrup or honey)
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 cups cold water
  • Ice cubes (as needed)
  • Mint leaves (for garnish)
  • Lemon slices (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Blend Ingredients: Add mango pulp, maple syrup, lemon juice, and 1 cup of cold water to a blender jar. Blend until all the ingredients are well combined and smooth, about 20-30 seconds.
  2. Prepare Pitcher: Pour the blended mixture into a large pitcher. Add the remaining 1 cup of cold water and ice cubes to the pitcher, stirring gently to combine and chill the lemonade thoroughly.
  3. Serve: Decant the mango lemonade into individual glasses. Garnish each glass with fresh mint leaves and a slice of lemon for an attractive presentation and added freshness. Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes

  • You can substitute maple syrup with honey or a simple sugar syrup depending on your preference.
  • Adjust the sweetness to taste by adding more or less sweetener.
  • For a frosty version, blend ice cubes along with the mango pulp and liquids.
  • Use ripe, fresh mangoes for the best flavor in the pulp.
  • Mint and lemon garnish add a fresh aroma and visual appeal but can be omitted if desired.
